Rockhurst Master Plan
The Rockhurst University Campus Master Plan was developed to expand campus buildings and grounds while preserving the University’s most valuable historic asset, Sedgwick Hall. Proposed developments included a new academic building with auditorium, new student residences, expansion of the campus core, phased improvements to athletic facilities, and replacement of surface parking. Taliaferro & Browne, providing civil engineering and landscape architecture, was responsible for creating the project base map, and addressing infrastructure capacity for sanitary and storm sewers. T&B also conceptualized a Troost streetscape along the frontage of Rockhurst University.
